I don't know how to voice my frustration anymore... My name is Liu Ching Ching and I was introduce to this site by my friend and also the good comment from this book review site. I am holding an acount at
pinnacle sports. I already deposited an amount of usd500 through bank wire to my account at 4th of august 2004. The money is successfully transfered to Citibank New York and remitted to Giro Bank N.V. On the 9th of September I personally went to the bank and double check whether the fund has been creditted. I get a copy from my bank statement where it is a prove of the money is transfered to Giro Bank N.V and already credited to fund and sun investments. Therefore, I email again to the customer service to ask double check the amount but the answer i get is ''NO, we haven''t received the amount"... today is 29th of october and i still haven't had my money credited...How I suspose to do.. Bettors, don't believe them. The customer service is responsive of course but the answer is always ''SORRY'', we can't do this we can''t do that.
