Since Denver has acquired Billups, they win all the games they are supposed to win. Consistency is exactly why they got him. They've lost to:

Cleveland Cavaliers (twice)
Los Angeles Lakers
New Orleans Hornets
San Antonio Spurs
Houston Rockets
Phoenix Suns
Portland Trail Blazers
Atlanta Hawks

All those teams are better than Denver except maybe Phoenix and that game was played at the Suns home.

Dallas is about as good as Denver. Denver won.
The only inconsistency they have is that they occasionally beat teams they should lose to, but they have not lost to anyone the should have beaten.

Oklahoma City is the worst team in the NBA so there is no evidence that Denver might "inconsistently" lose to OKC. Quite the opposite in fact. Denver will look like the best team in the NBA against Oklahoma City.
