Výběr peněz blokován Bonusem

Dobrý den,
jelikož změnily Bonus na WR 7x tak už o něj nemám zájem. Z e-mailu co přišel po pokusu vybrání na Moneybookers jsem z translatoru vyčetl že:

Pokud si přejete, abychom vaše reverzní Cash Bonus a postupovat v souladu s stažení, prosím, e-mail naše zákaznické oddělení poradenství nás. Budeme zvrátit Cash Bonus a můžete se vrátit do Pokladník požádat vaši platbu.

Asi chtějí poslat e-mail kde bych je měl žádat o stažení Cash Bonusu a pak odblokovat vyplacení peněz, potřeboval bych aby si bonus odečetly a vyplatily zůstatek. Jak jim mám napsat anglicky nebo česky? Potřeboval bych napsat větu kterou bych jim měl poslat aby tomu rozuměli.

děkuji za odpověď, tak už mě vyplatily na Moneybookers, ještě za podmínek WR 3x, problém byl v tom, že jsem nepočkal přesně 30 dní, vložil jsem 11.7. 2009, 12:09 a vyplatili mě tedy 10.8. 2009 12:16.
