Zdar bejci...vcera jsem vkladal na pinn pomoci dabetni karty VISA .Oni maj v podminkach ze do trech dnu chtej ofotit predni a zadni stranu VISY ..ofotit ID a pak vyplnit nejakej formular a naskenovat ale s tim si nevim rady ..chtej to nejak naskenovat nemate s tim nekdo zkusenosti??Oni mi poslali tenhle mail..

We are missing your authorization form.
Please upload the documentation as requested. For the security of our clients and Pinnacle Sports, only scanned documents uploaded from the website will be accepted. All submitted documents will be stored on a secure file server using industry standard strong encryption. The encrypted files are only accessible by our Risk department using a specially designed and secured access mechanism.
Please go to www.pinnaclesports.com and log into your account. You may use the My Account option Personal Details to upload your documents. Or, go to the Cashier option and select Make a Deposit - Credit Card Deposit. You will find a click here link to upload your Credit Card documents.Documents provided as email attachments will be deleted and faxes are not accepted. All copies must be received legibly.
